Dear Dr. Marconi and Denise Kinsella,
I would like to take this time to express my sincere
appreciation for a very positive experience I've recently had at your
establishment.
First I would like to thank Miss Eve Gex, for all the hard
work she does. She is very courteous, and dedicated to her work.
It is evident she takes great pride in her job.
I was recently in need of some forms, which needed to be
filled out by the MD. Dr. Vincent and nurse Diana worked diligently
to have this form filled out and Miss Gex was very instrumental in getting
it back to me in a timely fashion.
Dr. Vincent, nurse Diana and Eve Gex make a great team.
They deserve to be recognized for their professionalism, dedication, and
compassion they showed my daughter and my family.
THANK YOU!!
Sincerely,
Magdalena Rozario

Dr
Marconi,
I just wanted to thank
you for all of your support and efforts with Sam and Lexi. I know
you were instrumental in getting them to Norwalk and you've been
so flexible with all of our appointments. Oh, and thanks for the
formula hook-up...wow!
The girls are doing
great and I'm so happy they will have you in their corner as we go
along.
Good evening.
We wanted to write and let you know how very thankful we are for the
treatment our three-year old son received over the past few days at
your clinic. He caught a lovely virus of some sort which provoked
fever and dehydration. We spent several hours there last Wednesday
and Thursday, and felt like we were in the best of hands.
Our son was attended by Dr. McKegney and John Roney. They showed
concern and care, were extremely thorough in their evaluations and
follow ups, and took their time explaining their diagnoses and the
steps we were to take to getting our son back to feeling well.
And your nurses! What wonderful and caring nurses! Our son was cared
for by:
-
Leslie,
who came in and checked on us so frequently we felt she was part
of the family,
-
Francis,
complete with impeccable imitations of Cookie Monster and Ernie!,
and
-
Kristen,
who managed with great aplomb the task of hydrating our son with
an IV; no small feat with a three-year old!
We are also
extremely pleased with the format you have for seeing patients. The
Urgi-Kids room you have is great, we felt very comfortable spending
many hours there while our boy recovered, and it avoids the
traumatic experience of having to take a child to a hospital's
emergency room. Bravo for you, and a great addition to our
community.
Your services are efficient, and your staff are truly exceptional,
showing their care for their work and their patients clearly.
We are quite pleased.
Thanks.

"Dear Dr. Marconi: As I look back on the past, I realize that
there are many things that I have done, or have not done. One of the
things that come to mind is that I never formally thanked you for saving
my life. What you did for me is something that I wish could be
done for every girl suffering with an eating disorder. That is why
I strongly encourage you to keep helping people, no matter how much they
put up a fight, just like you did with me. I remember sitting in
your office, so scared. I could actually feel your urgency to send me to
the hospital. I felt like my world was crashing down. Little
did I know that it was just rebuilding. I now realize that by you
sending me to the hospital, against my will, saved me.
Approximately 7 million girls and adult women have eating disorders.
Only about 1 in 10 people with eating disorders receive treatment. As a
result of these people going untreated, many have died. I think
about all these young women that go through life never receiving help
and my heart breaks. That is why the world needs you. No
matter how much I didn't want to be hospitalized, it turned out to be
the best for me in spite of what I thought. There are those that
go through their whole life afraid of treatment and even the thought of
recovering. I was one of them, until you opened my eyes. You
are truly a strong and gifted woman. You were able to open not only my
eyes but also my parents (who are also truly grateful), to the reality
of what was happening. Your qualifications and character as a doctor and
human being exceed most. My family and I have a lot of faith and
we thank God for using you the way he did. The words
''thank you" are taken for granted these days. They are said too often
with no true feeling or meaning behind them. These words should
always be valued. I say to you thank you with gratitude and
absolute sincerity. Thank you, for not giving up on my life when I
had. Again, please know that what you have done for me has
impacted my life greatly and I can only hope and encourage you to
continue to do the same for others. Thank you."

"We are so grateful for your
caring and thoughtful practices towards the girls and Tommy! We
thank you for all you have done and want you to know how
appreciative we are for your support, especially of the past 3 months.
You are truly one of the best!"
"Dear Dr. Marconi, Thank
you for always taking care of me and my parents. I love you.
May God bless you and your family!"

"I
want to thank you and your staff for taking care of my boys, Henry and
Charlie...for ALWAYS being accessible, for spending time on the phone,
spending face time during office visits and for just plain making us feel cared
for!
From making an appointment with Chloe, getting weighed and measured by Liz and
personally hand-picked by you, we are just so pleased to have you as our
pediatric team!" |
